Autumn leaves - we are going for our last running club on Tuesday until December. I think quite a few will want to be there so if we have more than 6 we will have to split up. The leader might restart his Zoom FIIT classes, he is an absolute superstar. |

Assuming Tuesday will be our last club training, and Wednesday the last RR. Really hope the Halle can do our streamed concerts (no audience planned for).

Is club training banned then? That sounds like the only thing that might be different for me.

gov.uk Not clear, but I think from this that any organised group activity is out. Happy to be proved wrong. |

Ok seems clear I wonder if there will be some pairing up organised for the singles. But not an issue for me. More time on zwift (which tbh I’m really enjoying).

"You can exercise or visit outdoor public places with the people you live with, your support bubble, or 1 person from another household" Seems to rule out group activity there. Oh well, hopefully be back for December |

My madcap dash to Decathlon this afternoon in the pouring rain and dragging a 6KG kettlebell back on the bus is suddenly seeming like a very good idea. Going to miss the gym classes and the swimming pool but at least I'll be able to do some at home training. Just need to get my finger out and find some on-line tutorials.

No real change for me. Might suggest going more online with the teaching at work. As a university I think we need to be seen to do as much as we can to bring things down quickly.
