It's too easy to get up just before logging on, work through lunch and then not doing anything when I've finished because it's starting to get dark. I don't want to put on any more weight and I think it will be so much better for my mental health to be active.

My worry is if Westminster tells Sturgeon that Scots will only be available for November furlough extension if Scotland is in full lockdown. She should say no and keep the economy working where safe to do so. But will she?

Thanks for that link TeeBee, that clarifies a bit more as in all gyms, leisure centres and swimming pools closing. I guess PT in the park will be out too, but I guess that will be in the detail that comes out on Monday.
