Four weeks of indoor projects to find now! Maybe the decorating that I considered doing whilst shielding, but didn’t get around to because the weather was too nice might yet get done 🙁

I need to set myself a structure of doing exercise before work and also trying to get out at lunchtime when I'm working from home. It's too easy to get up just before logging on, work through lunch and then not doing anything when I've finished because it's starting to get dark. I don't want to put on any more weight and I think it will be so much better for my mental health to be active.

Praying that Nicola Sturgeon doesn't give up on Monday's five level strategy. My worry is if Westminster tells Sturgeon that Scots will only be available for November furlough extension if Scotland is in full lockdown. She should say no and keep the economy working where safe to do so. But will she? |

The projections shown were for the UK I think. Unless Scotland's has things more under control than England taking the pain now might be the best option. No point having to do it for longer in December/ January.

I thought the figures were for England. All the regional stuff was English regions. I’ll be f*ckin’ fumin’ if we get dragged into a full lockdown. I’m in tier 1 and our area has really low cases as far as I know.

It might have been. BBC had some projections that say they're for the UK but it's possible that what was shown in the PM's speech was for England only.

I understood that the lockdown is for England, the other countries are doing their own thing so as you were HP. Thanks for that link TeeBee, that clarifies a bit more as in all gyms, leisure centres and swimming pools closing. I guess PT in the park will be out too, but I guess that will be in the detail that comes out on Monday. |

Projections for weekly death here are for UK. NHS projections are NHS England only. bbc.co.uk |
