Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Don't panic - I'll keep the 15mins.
Still waiting to hear back from Lord Fetch about whether there is anything he can do to help.

I am more than likely going to move this to an article as advised a while back so everyone can maintain their own times.
I think it would be nice to run this on a monthly basis and hope people can see it as self improvement rather than a competition.

Right - off to see if I can catch Bamber and Flip.

It's not the seat, it's my rubbish glutes. My old physio used to go on at me for not using my glutes...he was this sexy IM-running Kiwi with a nice accent (phoaaarrr) who used to poke my bum (oo-er) and then tell me how weak my glutes were ( :-( :-( :-( ).

Glutes are certainly paying the price now.

Good effort though FF.

I'm sure if i put everything in to it, and don't get a PB i'm going to be gutted :-)

Will be back to it tonight.

Thanks lammo.
Next time, I hope I'll be a little closer to that 4km mark, but it does seem a very long way off at the moment.
