Certainly not too old Sallykate... I have been helping a retired chap at my club to Learn to Row this year - he started in his late 60's.... :)

10km in 41:02 today.

Neg split too - 20:40 /20:22

Could still feel the 10km Race from Sunday in my legs - and a slight pull in my thigh from Friday (which strangely never bothered me on Sunday).
Back on my feet tomorrow.
