When I was at uni a friend's dad was on quality control at Cadbury and would bring a large box of rejected creme eggs after I guess the Easter vacation :)

When I worked at a nearby hospital one of the porters was a former Cadbury's employee and still got a staff discount there. From time to time he'd offer us bags of 12 creme eggs for 50p, which was a decent bargain even in 1990.

half a Christmas cake left, will take half of it to mum's at the weekend, some pudding left, but not much it will get eaten by someone at some point.
There's probably a lot of chocolate about, but I'm not fussed about chocolate so ignoring that
Apart from the uncooked mince pies still in the freezer oh and the remaining (frozen) pigs in blankets that Daughter will claim when she comes that's it

hmm, that's quite a lot actually...

Christmas cake now all gone. The Pantone was reduced and we do like it having never had it before. It's so light and tasty.
It must be good I came home from work to find 2 more on the kitchen worktop. Apparently only Β£1.50, half price in Aldi.
