I met Heidi (the main driving force behind Milton Park parkrun) the other day and she looks amazing. Eight years on and she looks younger than ever.

That's the weekend Cambridge is hosting the National 12-bell final - unfortunately I'll either be manically busy or at the celebratory post event BBQ. Otherwise I'd have loved to come and listen.

I'll be listening to my son in the university choir, elsewhere...
Saffron Hall is a really excellent venue.

It's now just about 10 years since Cambridge parkrun started. The anniversary run is on 25 January - look forward to seeing lots of friends there, especially as it'll also be my 250th. In fact, there are 3 of us doing our 250ths that day, all members or ex-members (that's me) of the core team. Should be one to remember!

Very nice! I'll put that in my diary, and it could well be my 50th, too.

Already in my diary and has been for a while - Coldhams may find themselves without much of a core team that day!

Congrats Cambridge! This was me finishing the test run a decade ago. Fun fact: I didn't actually officially run my first parkrun until Cambridge's first birthday in 2011!

My first run was Cambridge run 64, though I volunteered at the inaugural and a couple more times in the first year.
