What a lovely morning for my second parkrun, sun and not too much mud :) Thanks to all the marshals for their support, I would really love to do this more often but can't jusify the petrol from Huntingdon :(

Idiot that I am, forgot my barcode, doh! I had a dream last night that I forgotten my carparking money and had to park in my friends house in Histon so had to run to the park and missed it, so I was so worried this morning about the money that I didn't think of my code. Have now got a code in each car, just in case ;) So, i am unknown runner 146 with a time of 26.22, so incredibly chuffed about this as my last parkrun was 31.46 which would have been a massive PB, gutted. I'm hoping to come again in a few weeks so hopefully i can reproduce or better it.

Lyra, I can help this week. Can I be promoted to something around the finishing area?

No PB for Luke but we enjoyed it all the same. Thanks to the RD and all the volunteers.

It seems it will take more than one sunny day to dry the course out!!!

I hope you can excuse a minor thread hijack, but does anyone know of a decent, wildlife-friendly gardener in the Cambridge area?

I don't want to cause clutter here so please Fmail with any suggestions, or throw a brick with a message attached if I'm running on Saturday.

Cheers.
