macapple May 2012 11:42am, 19 May 2012 38 posts	0 macapple Sorry Rich, missed your message, but thanks for the offer. No idea how i did it but 25.19, woohoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. I got to 3k at about 15mins and felt really tired and figured i'd gone off to quick. Tried and failed to do some maths for what i needed for 26.xx so i could slow down a bit but got sucked into a group of runners doing a similar pace to me so hung on to them. I'm really pleased as I had an awful 10 mile run on Thursday and was beginning to lose faith in myself but this has spurred me on again And I didn't die!
