I coming tomorrow (with barcode this time! and a new recruit) and would love to match or beat my 26.22 but I'm not feeling 100% so it's doubtful. But I should manage a PB as my last official time was 31.46.
If you could please organise winds blowing in the right direction and maybe a lasso so I can grab on to one of the speedy front runners, that would be wonderful, thank you

Don't break anything for the next 40 years or so.* You'll be fine.
(*Except for eggs when you're baking.)

Macapple - Jeppers has said on FB that he might be pacing 26:00 tomorrow if his lungs let him. He's lovely and encouraging. You'll be in good hands if you run with him.

Please collapse in the Tesco's car park. I'm sure Lyra and Uffish don't want more paperwork.
