The pathway is still firm under foot but there was 2" of watery mud as I ploughed through it today. It is purely damaged caused by construction work. Though the rest of the park has dried up this last week, certainly drier than last week.

Brilliant news about the venue, as it's just off the A14, I think even I can find my way to it ...eventually

Bit of a boing and a reminder about the meeting at Milton Country Park this Saturday at 9am. We're meeting to decide on the best route for the course and get a better idea of measurements.
All welcome to join us if you've nothing you'd rather do on a Saturday morning.

Not wanting to tread on anyones toes.... but if anyone is closer to the west of the region it seems that MK has a new parkrun starting in the New Year.

Hey, the more parkruns the better, eh?
Was even thinking about giving MK a go to see what a parkrun event is like.

I'd be there, but I'm in Brighton on Saturday morning. Probably be exploiting the B&B's offer of breakfast in bed about the time you folks are measuring

guys, I assume that the etiquette is to run the route in reverse from a desired finish point to the start?

Good point, Ted, that would seem logical...
