Thanks Lyra, we had a pretty cold park run this morning but still a pretty good turn out! although they shut Banstead cos it was too cold and icy! and we finished with Mince pies and spiced apple thanks to foot and mouth who made it! Good morning for all involved!

about to set off out the door to try out the course in the rain and mud. Anyone care to join me? Will be at MCP in about 30 mins time I reckon.

the route in the SW corner of the park is no longer accessible - they have blocked it off and seem to be planting trees there. I had to cut back through the play area to the main track, but started at the "visitor centre" sign and finished by the grassy knoll in exactly 5km. Will download the garmin tr
