I’ll be doing this in my usual way. 3-4 times a week. Going to do a gentle one today and will start with everyone on Home tomorrow.

Did do some pocket yoga- omg I am fa and stiff and a million miles from where I was! Nice to be back - glad I had my props though

props are good Pix - i use my brick and some rubbery stretchy bands all the time. Will do the intro later and join you all for day 1 properly tomorrow

All the intro really involves is listening and... breathing.
Every so often I post a blog about how crap I am at breathing. Obviously I'm not COMPLETELY crap at it or I wouldn't be writing about it year after year. But I do find controlled deep breathing pretty difficult (long exhales no problem).
All I'm saying is if you are a fellow Rubbish Breather (and it might just be me) don't panic, just don't hold your breath and we'll be alright!

I think that depends on you and your body - I can't exercise in the evening and get a good nights sleep. I have to get mine done by about 7 pm

I used to do them straight before bed and found them great pre-bed. I need to listen to day 0 then later I’ll do day 1.
