Big debate yesterday about the merits or not of wearing socks during triathlon....and also whether to wear bike shoes or just bike in run shoes for a sprint.

Wearing of socks was deemed to just be WRONG!

I will be wearing my racing flats on the bike for my first sprint tri on Sunday... without socks! I am going to see if I need talcum in the shoes if I want to get them on wet, however, I find I slide in them quite happily now that they are equipped with lock laces :-) so may not need talcum, even with wet feet...
