Kuota's specifically the Kolbolt, any opinions?
Better than the Holdsworth I hear you cry?

Seems a strange comparison richmac, not exactly similar.

I glanced at the two posts above this and thought I was in the prog thread for a moment.

FWIW I thought the Kolbolt was more money than I'd want to spend once I'd got a groupset I fancied on it.

My plan is to get a frame, then shift the 105/ultegra bits from the Holdsworth across, stick the tiagra bits back on the Holdsworth and winterise it.

This is stretching the budget to the extreme! I won't even, technically own the wheels!

Bit of a handwringing question, this, keeping in mind my cake-eating talents The rear Ritchey DS pro on my plastic bike is showing wear on the braking surface, I'll need to replace it shortly. A fiend has a pair of NEW shimano RS31s,16F and 20R aero spokes, which I was about to fit, until I got the kitchen scales out 😨 720g for the front Ritchey, 890g for the front RS31. Ahhhhhh... I don't necessarily want an upgrade, not that fussed about aero, but really don't want to fit anything heavier! Ive already done that with my crosser (tyres) and there's a noticeable difference. This is for my plastic summer bike when I want the easiest possible ride. What would you lot recommend?
