I have decided to buy the Specialised Tricross bike, I called the shop to make it ready for me  Just need to tell them they have to throw in the SPD's and give me some money off LOL

No, I am bringing the foldy, don't have time to pick the bike up until 4 October, because of work, then again... apparently, someone has to go into Abergevanny to buy some walky talkies at Argos before the weekend, I may just volunteer and get the shop to get it ready for Thursday...

Back at the ritual taking-off-the-tri-bars-for-the-end-of-the-season. I commuted on the road bike today and I was amazed at how much room there now is - I think I spent the whole journey trying ne positions. Great fun.

I've just inherited a new bike. OK so it's an old bike, but it's new for me. I have been calling it Graeme's bike for months, but I've just been told I can have it. Woohoo.
I'm getting back into my riding now. I'm in desperate need of spending some money, LOL. Actually I really want some new pedals, shoes, seat and a jacket and I need some brakes for it. But other than that I'm all set to go.
Now the thing is actually getting my arse out the door and on it more than once a week.

Hoping the shops will have the 09 bikes in soon. A lot of them are advertising on their web sites but not in stock yet.

I am going to call the bikeshop tomorrow, to see if they can get the Cyclo cross bike ready for me to be picked up Friday morning, before I head to London and then Norfolk
