WD40 it great at getting the sticky residue of and it gives the paint a nice shiny gleam as well.

Yes it's something to do iirc the propellent they use in the can. But it does work.

the fact that it's fully of solvents helps as well... but at least you know it won't damage the paintwork.

I had a HUGE nail in my rear tyre earlier, and changed the tube in a record time of 4mins 36 seconds! Previous PB was just over 5 mins

Thanks KR2 One day it is going to come out handy when I puncture during a Tri When I start road racing and cyclo crossing, I will have spare wheels to swap, so I will be a LOT quicker
