Hooray I did it. 24.40 something, waiting the official result.
Right I need some new tyres for racing, any recomendations and better still if you can tell me where I can get a good deal on them.

Well done Mikey. Sub-25 is an excellent result.

I'm going to try and do my local cycling club's 10m TT soon and see how I go on that. I haven't been on my road bike for months but I'm hoping my Brompton training will help a little.

Newbury Road Club Kev. They do a time trial every Wednesday down the A4. Have you done it?

One of the clubs was doing that TT on Tuesday this week....we cyled by a few of them and got accusing looks, as 3 of us were drafting nicely!..made us chuckle, that they thought we were in the TT and cheating :-)

Do Team Kennet train with Newbury Road club?..I have been tossing around joining a tri/runnng club..and they are possibly the best for me..work in Newbury, live in Mortimer...where do they do the swimming?

mikey - i use conti gp 4000 as my race tyres, i'm sure you'd do them more justice than me! Have a word at the cycle centre, they may cut you a deal.
