thanks hann forgot what a chain whip was used for.
tri mikey- good warm up get to the start 1 minute go, keep revs up for first 5 minutes then pick it up.

Ah you also need a cassette lockring tool as well as a chainwhip to get your cassette off

mikey - not a chance me the wind dropping, i hope i'm wrong though. Just had 4hrs of hell around the east and north of cov, the wind was relentless no matter which way i rode. Good luck though, i'll be thinking of you as i tuck into my steak and chips!

The wind's certainly 'interesting' out there. My 5.5 mile commute home is effectively 'L' shaped - but I managed to have a headwind the whole way...
