I had a fairly old packet of Tesco Demerara sugar that had a recipe for flapjack with stem ginger on it. I bought the ginger, never quite got round to making the flapjack, and have now used the sugar for something else and thrown the packet away! Does anyone else have the recipe? I’ve found something similar online, so I can still make ginger flapjack, but for personal satisfaction I’d like the original recipe.
