The rest from memory is Breadcrumbs, suet, raisins and sultanas, black treacle, tiny bit of flour, grated carrot then an egg and a little new milk to bind. No idea of quantities though |

No alcohol in the family recipe (that side of the family were all striict methodists). and certainly no sodding cinnamon in mine  - mixed spice and nutmeg yes, though Apples in mincemeat, but not in the pudding |
