Mini Nico's alternative Christmas pudding.

Apparently it's a sort of rocky road sphere, coated in chocolate, surrounded by Malteasers and topped with melted white chocolate.
If you don't like chocolate, look away.

That’s a good looking pudding mini nico’s created 😁

Busy oven here today..toad-in-the-hole that rose and cooked perfectly (and was gone without photos!) a couple of white loaves, a stollen and some more mice pies also baked :-)

WW has made Nigel Slater’s Christmas Pie this evening. It’s like a big mince pie, but the filling is “just” dried fruit and brandy, held together with jam and honey.

The house smells heavenly.
