Love those - might turn our traditional tiffin into Rudloph's if I can find smarties or skittles to get the red noses because no-one here eats cherries.
Love the frangipane mince pies, haven't made any of those yet this year, but mini Nico has just reminded me that I should have!

Enough to top 12mince pies: 70g unsalted butter 70g golden caster sugar 49g SR flour
50g ground almonds
1 egg 1/4 top almond essence (but I'm sure it works well without)
Really easy if (like me) you use ready roll pastry and shop mincemeat.
