Lemon drizzle cake

Quick question the recipe said 100g of sugar and juice of lemon - do I pour it all over? Didn't want to over power the cake

I use the juice of two lemons with 100g sugar on mine LG but I do like it to be lemony!

I can say it was delicious a and very moreish :-)

No Linds I didnā€™t but thatā€™s a great idea. I will be making another tomorrow for my work so will do that.

Pleased I can now make banana loaf, lemon drizzle cake, choc chip cake and tablet..... think I need to retire while Iā€™m ahead ;-)
