Lemon drizzle cake
Quick question the recipe said 100g of sugar and juice of lemon - do I pour it all over? Didn't want to over power the cake

I can say it was delicious a and very moreish
No Linds I didnāt but thatās a great idea. I will be making another tomorrow for my work so will do that.
Pleased I can now make banana loaf, lemon drizzle cake, choc chip cake and tablet..... think I need to retire while Iām ahead
