It is nice, but not fantastic. The sides seemed to cook a bit fast, when a skewer to the middle was still coming out too wet. Fan oven instructions can be a bit off, I find, perhaps should have been a bit lower and longer. Anyway, I have a new recipe from a friend on Instagram which I will try for my next one.
