Cheesecake would be my guess too Nico.
EP - I always add some mustard to cheese scones rather than cayenne.
I've found Mary Berry's scone recipe reliable even when converted to gf.
I'm looking forward to cake I haven't baked myself tomorrow - local coffee shop is open for takeaway and has gf white choc and raspberry sponge.
Flour delivery today - will be nice not to have to worry about it for a while.

Agreed. I’m never sure if the mustard adds much, if anything. Never used cayenne.
