My cheese scones (rhymes with Fonz) recipe comes from Good Housekeeping. It’s a standard scone recipe with added mustard powder.

James Martin's ones are good - he uses strong plain flour and includes an egg, both of which I was dubious about, but they turned out well. jamesmartinchef.co.uk I'll add it to the article. |
