Daughter's going to bake a birthday cake for MiL this weekend. Chocolate fudge cake could be a good option - it's ages since I even heard it mentioned. Devil's food cake was always my go-to recipe for a moist chocolate cake.

Enjoying all the lovely pics, as usual. Eating with my eyes!! Made a lovely cherry frangipane tart on the weekend (OH birthday) - forgot to take a pic and it went rather quickly! I have some coconut flour that I'm not sure what to do with - all the recipes I can see go full keto with coconut flour....any ideas? I know I can't just substitute it. |
