I baked cookies today, but not my usual gingerbread cookies. I made: allrecipes.com with a few changes: switched the white sugar to raw sugar omitted the ½ cup packed brown sugar used zest from one small grapefruit instead of orange used grapefruit juice instead of orange only one cup of cranberries (but they were dried) no walnuts used 100g of canola oil instead of 1 cup of butter baked for 12 minutes at 180 no icing Wow, that was a lot of changes, it now looks like I completed made up a recipe! They've come out OK - OH has had two already. |
