Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I used 3 eggs and 3 yolks, LMH; it's a recipe off the Guardian website.

I'd seen Delia's recipe, LMH. I had a trawl through a few on the internet before settling on the Guardian recipe because it explained the ingredient choices. I picked up a few tips from other recipes eg zap the lemon zest with the sugar in a food processor to release the oils and make it so fine it doesn't need to be strained at the end (I like my lemon curd smooth not with bits in) and edited the recipe before printing it out.

Good luck Linds!

I hadn't heard of doing that with the sugar and zest GM. I don't mind the zest in things but something that enhances the lemon flavour can only be a good thing.
