You're welcome Ness. I have made it myself and have never had a thermometer so I knew there was an easy way. Can't remember the recipe I used though - I shall see if I can dig it out.

Find it mostly a hit but one batch last week just didn't set so I tend to cook it for another couple of mins and then give it a really good beat. Just need to watch it for the bubble over. |

No no no …. just popped in for some baking p*rn and there's butter/milk/sugar gooeyness EVERYWHERE. Fudge, table and toffee all look delicious. I'm going to crack and I have enough in store cupboard for 2 batches. Back to work … must resist.

My husband declared the flapjack the best he'd ever had! Cut really well which is a bonus. I think it would be nice with date or ginger in too. A little sweet for me but when I suggested that I might cut the sugar a little next time I make it he wasn't keen.
