I've got a bag of polenta in the cupboard somewhere so will try making a polenta cake tomorrow - thanks for the suggestion!

The lockdown has given me more time than I'd usually have and I've started to dabble again. Over the past month I've made Lemon Drizzle cake, Sausage and apple rolls, jam rolypoly, profiteroles and cookies. I'm really enjoying baking again
