Oh Rae not surprised you're burnt out!

Thanks Doc, I'm going to share it on my works disability work chat too as think it will be useful.

I have Fetch. Finally untangled myself and made it to work for 9.30. I was so embarrassed but they were so good. But I'm acutely aware not all employers would be so understanding.

I have always struggled with decision making in day to day life, as don't want to make the wrong decision. Breakfast a great example, to try make it easier I try and keep to same foods, as I know I'll like it, itdoesnt upset my stomach, it keeps me full etc. This morning I hade to work through 20 options with their pros and cons. The pressure to make the right choice is what stopped me getting up.

This is just one area, the more I can limit changes, the less decisions I make, the less tired I become.

I'm OK at work as it's fairly simple, patient does X, I need to do Y.

This may be helpful too:

My Mum felt that it would be worth me sharing this when I pitched it to her a couple of days ago.

Thanks VP for sharing, that was an interesting read. We have a young person with autism staying with us at the moment and I see a lot of parallels.

Thanks for sharing VP. You remind me a lot of QP. He’s having a tough time and struggling to find his way but your blog’s really help me to see the possibilities.

I'm only part way through the blog, but got to Sadie's pictures and they reminded me of how I see Robin, Junior (bears), Bertie (monkey), and Max (the grumpy otter) - whilst they don't sleep in with me (I'd not inflict that on them), they do all sleep on their bean bag. And are currently all sitting up watching TV with us.

Will go back to finish the blog in a little bit, got 1% Club to watch first :)
