Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My team leader has been great, I've known her for 24 years as I use to work with her in the field when I first started but she then went to a different role but still in the same depot/office and then became my team leader about 2 years ago so she knows me pretty well. She mentioned an assessment before but I fobbed her off that time.

JK chameleon good to hear they help. I already wear earbuds to get to sleep especially if it's raining and luckily enough unless I'm in a meeting I can wear the headphones without any hassle at work and they'll be Bluetooth to my phone so I won't miss any calls, they also have a 2.5mm jack so I can plug them into my laptop.

That's a relic of childishness/mischief making from over 10 years ago, when I started the Duck thread duck. Good, daft times :)

I thought I should share this here.

It was overshadowed by the rest of my blog from Saturday when I posted it there. This is the version I saw in the cinema a fortnight ago. I'm going with this version because they forgot to switch the comments off, and (would you believe it) they are largely positive.

Enjoy the respite Stander. I’m sure it’s much needed by all concerned.
