Diogenes 14 Jan 9:07am, 14 Jan 2024 83,938 posts	0 Diogenes My plan says 5 miles but my watch says I’m fatigued, and I was up late so don’t have the time either before or after the dog walk (which is next on the schedule) I think I need to make Saturday a rest day instead of Monday as it is current, then maybe change my Thursday rest to Tuesday or Wednesday

Long run later, hopefully, which is 6 or 7 Miles for me at the moment. Upper body strength training for me today, also. Lifting assorted beverages to my mouth throughout the day.

PaulaMc 14 Jan 12:17pm, 14 Jan 2024 12,536 posts	0 PaulaMc 9 miles of run/walk yesterday. 0.3 mile intervals whilst holding hands with a welly-wearing toddler this morning. We went for a walk around the block to find cats (none to be seen) and she decided she wanted to ‘run like Dadda’ which involved her shouting ‘run’, running along the pavement, and then shouting ‘stop’ randomly, whilst laughing hysterically. It was the most fun intervals session I think I’ve ever done. I should check with TGEd about his training …
