Sombrero 14 Jan 9:53pm, 14 Jan 2024 13,838 posts	0 Sombrero Boo to injuries AT, this week is looking grim. I did 6 miles on the south coast this morning and it was so cold. My hands took ages to warm up after, even though I had gloves on. Dad's getting worse, it's heartbreaking to see. He's so muddled up a lot of the time. I had a good weekend with them overall but I had to chat to mum about starting to make plans for when she's on her own. Feeling generally alright but just mentally tired. Glad to be back home. Although I've got to drive to bloody Bradford and back tomorrow for a workshop.
