We both ran from our houses and met in centre of town, along the beach to start of parkrun then ran parkrun. 9.66 miles is total and last 2 miles of parkrun were my fastest so well pleased with that

Planned 6 but a scenic detour meant I did 7.50, with parkrun (fastest of the year 😁) in the middle. Felt better for it of course. Then to a health & wellbeing thing. Which was really just to see the Stoltman brothers. They are HUGE. Kept my distance with my cold! Then few friends and Luke Stoltman (in budgie smugglers!) took a dip in the North Sea 🥶

Good news though - made it downstairs on my own. Planning some upper body stuff today. A toasty 2 degrees here so I’m making the most of it before the sub zeros later in the week. What are you up to today?
