Nice weather here again but I finished at lunchtime with feet like blocks of ice, they soon warmed up as I walked up the hill afterwards.

My own cold having more-or-less cleared up, I went for a sedate 2-mile run this afternoon, only my second run this year. I like the idea of the new Fetch target at the top of the page, but it doesn't apply to me, as my target is just "stagger on".

I've just had to clear loads of notifications as there were over nine million* so well done to everyone who's done things. I've driven down to Gosport to see the oldies. I have had an achy calf since track (caused by boxing rather than running I think)....did a test when I got down here and seems OK so will do Southsea parkrun tomorrow. Off to the football tomorrow afternoon. No Sal with me, which is very odd, but good to see the oldies even if dad is getting worse. * might be an exaggeration
