I'll hope the dog walk then my short run will wake me up properly. CK2 I hope the foot settles quickly today. Have a good day everyone!

A steady 8 miles this morning on which I soon warmed up despite chilly start and had to remove hat and gloves just over half way.

Lip Gloss 13 Jan 11:23am, 13 Jan 2024 73,329 posts	0 Lip Gloss Som I’ve just ran parkrun and again for the second week In a row there was no walking and I have my fastest 5k this year. I really must start slightly further forward although my 2nd & 3rd miles give me sub 10 minute miles and I certainly thought I was going slower than that. Think retirement and doing more at the gym must be helping 🤞🤞🤞
