I've worked out that they must be why my big toes have been painful after months of no pain. I just hope they settle down again.

I think my less-cushioned trail shoes might have had a part to play in the painful toes. I was going to go for a run with the club, but I started writing my blog and the time ran away from me. Back on it tomorrow.
