I fell spectacularly out the shower yesterday, broke a mirror and managed to avoid concussion only through fear of my daughter having to find me. Instead i woke her up to apply a plaster to my elbow, which managed to take the brunt. Slightly nervous about a run as my foot twisted back, but it feels ok
