Whoop whoop for Kim's 250th parkrun!

Lap 3 done. I will have to take the dog out at some point (OH is out with his cycling chums) and I *could* count that as one of my laps but I'd prefer not to. Oh well, she'll just have to put up with a very quick sniff round the little park nearby.

We arrived at Clifton parkrun and it was cancelled as they couldn't get in the lock up where their kit is kept. Thankfully Rushcliffe is very near, and it's a gorgeous course. Nice course PB of 24.07. :-)

Still F'lapping here too, but after 8 miles it's definitely getting harder. I'm determined to get to 13 laps but there will be increasing amounts of walking. The trouble is, the longer you take on a lap the less time you have to recover for the next one!

Well done flappers. I’m glad I pulled out a week or so ago as this rain would have put me right off. It was bad enough doing a muddy parkrun. The cake was worth it though.
