Morning all. I pulled out of F’laps but think I would have done 1 mile every hour. May still try it later in the year. @Sombrero looped ultras are the only ones I can manage as can do as many as I like within the timescale. Have fun.

Doubtless someone will sign up and not run at all
@ITG 🇮🇸 but hope you’re not cheated out of your last place, if that’s your aim 😁 (have been absent so belated Happy Anniversary btw. Hope Mr ITG woke up eventually)

I’m aiming for F’laps (probably 2 mile laps) as I’m home alone and have animals to care for too. I’ll most likely be a shambles but I fancy giving it a go

Evening gonks.

I was feeling rather proud of how good my legs felt yesterday - DOMS hit them today. Easy 5K done. :-)

I had a very good meeting today, some exciting projects lined up including my first spray paint art workshop. Cannot wait for that!

My sister leaves today then nephew and family come on Saturday so housework beckons. :-p

I'm going to club tonight, it's the monthly run - I'll be last (as usual) but the comeback has to start somewhere.
