I declined F’laps when I realised it was a Saturday. Sunday would have been doable.

I couldn't be arsed to do F'laps - I would do it as an organised event but didn't fancy it as just a thing. I do have a 12 hour race in a few weeks though.....dusk til dawn, as many 3.2 mile loops as you can do. Did around 42 miles a couple of years ago.....no idea what my strategy will be this year. |

I considered doing Flaps but pulled out as I realised I’d either just not manage it or I’d do too much and wear myself out. I tentatively quite like the idea of doing Run Sheffield - am relatively close in York 😊 |

Ran with JS group. Had major chaffing yesterday but wasn’t too sore tonight. Oof was a tough run. Hilly and nae traffic lights to get a breather. Did get a laugh from one of the group having mismatching trainers on 😂

I pulled out of F'laps because I'm on night shifts and have a relay race on Sunday too. I'll look at Round Sheffield |

I just fancied something a bit different, in the same way the Thames Bridges runs are. By going for a mile at a time I hope it's going to be do-able for my knees as I should have plenty of recovery time per hour. Grey and cloudy here. I might go for a swim at the Lido as it should be quite quiet on a day like today! |
