I do have a 12 hour race in a few weeks though.....dusk til dawn, as many 3.2 mile loops as you can do. Did around 42 miles a couple of years ago.....no idea what my strategy will be this year.

By going for a mile at a time I hope it's going to be do-able for my knees as I should have plenty of recovery time per hour. Grey and cloudy here. I might go for a swim at the Lido as it should be quite quiet on a day like today!
