Afternoon 700ers been out on MTBike including a stop to marshal junior parkrun. Feet up now ready to watch F1 not sure where to go for the England match this evening

Round Sheffield was ace. 1.54 for the 20K of running, so a nice 8 minute PB. Sal had a good one too with 2.07.

I'm doing a little workshop at a fundraiser at 4 so have to eat quickly then get organised!!!

Felt fine this morning, so joined Sunday group. Change of a route and had a wee play in park and few of us went down rather big chute! 😁

Another dismal monthly total but at least it’s increasing.

Well done Kim, creeping back up again.

My mileage is creeping up too, 51 for this month. I'm just ticking over while I have all my visitors. Sister leaves on Wednesday then nephew and family come on Saturday for a week so I'll look forward to a bit of peace and quiet after that. ;-)

Going for a walk with my sister today. She wants to do the one I did with my niece as she's never done it before. It's the one from Corfe Castle to Swanage. No running club for me this evening then.
