Morning gonks. Parkrun was good yesterday, got my course pb with 25.20. Off to do RSR soon. It's such a good event. 20k of running in 11 stages with short recovery walking sections in between (ie at road crossings). Hoping for a nice course PB. My best for the running bits is 2.02. Should take a few mins off.

Morning! My knees definitely don't like 3 consecutive days of running so this morning's jog was simply to work out my laps for next Saturday's F'laps Day. I'm *hoping* to get to Half Mara distance overall but 'time elapsed' will be epicly long 🤣

23rd anniversary here but OH is sleeping.

My sunburn looks awful but will hopefully fade in a couple of days. I am trying to work out how to protect my neck while swimming - probably just kids' sunscreen.

Happy anniversary ITG, and Mr when he wakes up!
I didn't feel I'd done enough exercise after a very slow 2 mile jog so went for a walk. Another 2 miles but with a hill score of 9 so decent bit of cardio and a lovely view as reward
