Morning 😊 overslept but that is ok as parkrun plan was nearest one. Am walking it as am doing walk the sum this month and today needs 11km walking and is easier to fit in by walking parkrun! Should be my second slowest here as have tail walked once

Congratulations to Som and PH for 300 and 400 parkruns respectively.

parkrunned this morning in 49 minutes. First and last in category as always. Younger Daughter, however, came in First Lady at her parkrun, in 20 minutes and a few odd seconds.

No parkrun for me 😳 Volunteered instead. Did the course check then marshalled. Most enjoyable. Managed a post parkrun coffee before a BBQ in the afternoon, then a birthday meal in the evening.
