Morning all. Caz - hope clubmate is OK. RA - similar here. Got a jump on the mileage by moving Sundays long run to Monday and incorporated a couple of parkruns.

Non-competitive ITG?
Sending a foam roller, anti inflammatories and hugs to the injury bench.
Mornage. Due to run up to a friend's to collect a saucepan and an old ipod. I shall arrive soggy. First I need to nip down the road to buy emergency chicken feed. Thankfully the greengrocers sells it - I haven't quite caught up with how much nine chickens get through in a week.

I'm REALLY rubbish at all the lifting. Bottom of the class. But I'm quite good at the cardio bits and pieces - or was, till I knackered my back and now I'm not allowed to do any jumping - and I can outrun all the "tough guys" on the 400m.
