That's awful CAZ, I hope your clubmate will be ok.
We're going to apply for one of those EA training sessions, I think we'd get a lot out of them.
Our parkrun ED, who thought he could leave having his pacemaker fitted until Easter, when it suited him, was called by the hospital yesterday (he's been wearing an implanted monitoring device so the hospital could monitor his heart 24/7). Apparently his heart 'paused' for 25 seconds while he was asleep the night before, so they said he needed it done today. It's done now and he's back home. Fingers crossed he will be back to his old self before too long. Worrying though
