It will be a literally flying visit - over 26th; back 29th April. Any parkruns own Coatbridge way? I'll have a murderous hangovef if all goes to plan

I explained I had a screw loose and it wasnt getting any purchase. They could not get me out the shop fast enough. Only in explaining it to a colleague did I start to see the problem

I had a bit of a play with the run walk setting on my new garmin, got to my destination early so I did another mile to fill the time instead of just standing there in the dusk and drizzle #Iamagoodboy

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
