MORNING PHOTOSET!

Morning everyone else :-) I can do one or two press-ups but my wonky elbow joint protests so I shan't be joining in.

Club run this morning. I dreamt about it last night, that some new people turned up and faffed about so much we binned the run and went straight to the pub. I'm sure *that's* not going to happen :-)

Hope the girls had a better night PH. Alfie had the GP yesterday and he has tonsillitis on top of the cough and cold he has had for a couple of weeks.
Rest day on the cards today ;-)

I can’t keep up either.

I managed a full press-up at yoga on Monday, in between burpees too!

MORNING PHIL!

I don't think I have ever managed a full press up. I have no upper body strength at all.

Today's plan was running. Today's actuality is having had no sleep at all, a very sore throat, painful mouth and a headache :(
Ditching uni and staying in bed.

MORNING PHIL!!! Have a *coffee*

GWS, to pothunter's bairns and I hope it isn't catching.

Huge congrats to all NHS workers who hang on in there.

I am being very nice to my back and won't run till at last Saturday (and only if it is good tomorrow- 24 hour rule); no xfit till at least next week. The problem is that I won't improve my core if I continue to rest so I won't get any stronger/better. It's a question of finding the right exercises. Physio on Monday and I have my question-list for her - getting longer by the day.

No way I can read back

Exciting day at work yesterday when we moved into 2/3 of our new unit.

Other 1/3 is a complete overhaul of old so we’ll be fully open later in yr.

Ymee and all other NHS workers - you are amazing and do a fabulous job in less than fabulous (by a long way) conditions. Hats off to you all and am eternally grateful

I may just give the press up challenge a go. Have very weak arms.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
